  • Delivery to Mainland UK Only (Residential or Business) and Europe Zone 1 (Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland and Northern Ireland ) we are also able to deliver to Europe Zone 2 (Austria, Denmark, Italy, Spain and Sweden)
  • All Next Day Deliveries ordered before 12 Noon Monday-Thursday will be dispatched on the same day
  • Any orders placed after 12 Noon Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday
  • We are unable to offer delivery on a Weekend or Bank Holiday
  • If your order is of high value it must be signed for on delivery and we may ask that it is delivered to the card holders address. We will confirm this with you via email
  • All other deliveries should be signed for if possible but if your goods can be left safely please indicate instructions during the checkout process. (Unfortunately we are unable to give instructions for Royal Mail Deliveries)
  • We are happy to dispatch orders to a different address to the registered card holder. If the delivery address is different please ensure you enter this during the check out process
  • Delivery will be attempted twice but may be chargeable on the third occasion.

  • If your goods are out of stock we will contact you before dispatch and offer, 1. To wait for the goods to come back into stock or 2. Refund your credit or debit card
  • We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible and will notify you by email of your delivery date. Please check your account status for a regular update on your order
  • The anticipated delivery date given by the website may not be available, if this is the case we will notify you by email to confirm your delivery date.
  • All of our Perishable/Frozen Products will be dispatched on a Next Day Delivery Service and you will only be offered this service if you purchase one of these products
  • European Deliveries will take approximately 3-4 Days and therefore we are not able to offer perishable products for delivery

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, please remember you can order with confidence as we will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with. In order for us to process your enquiry more efficiently then please have your order number and home post code ready.

  • You will have to pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items

This site uses a thawte SSL123 Certificate to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. thawte has checked and verified the site's registered domain name. 

At no time during the online payment & order process do we have your card details.

 

We won't capture or store your card details and once you have entered your card number into a payment page securely hosted by Sage Pay, all sensitive data is encrypted and sent to the banks for processing.

Through Sage Pay, we have also enabled 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard).  This is an additional check to confirm no one but you is using your card.  This box will appear and ask you to enter a selection of characters from your password e.g. first, third and fifth character.  

The type of information that we will collect will include - Your title and name, Known address, Contact telephones numbers, E-mail address, Order and Payment details.
