·          In the event of an item not being available we will endeavour to contact you immediately for your instructions.

·          You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch.

·          We will exchange or refund any item you are not satisfied with provided it is returned to us within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging.  You will be responsible for the cost of delivering and returning the goods unless we delivered the item to you in error or it was faulty.   This is in addition to your statutory rights.

·         We do our very best to ensure that product information and prices are correct at the time of publishing to the website.  If appropriate, we will be sure to advise any changes that may relate to your order prior to despatching the goods.

·         Minimum order value is £5.00 (including postage)

·         Any tackle items over £100.00 in value must be signed for on receiving your delivery.  Any item not signed for will be returned to the local delivery depot and the customer will be responsible for arranging a convenient re delivery.
