How To Order

Ordering is Easy

Simply click on the products you want to buy to add them to your shopping basket.  Don’t worry about adding quantities, this can be done at any time by going into your shopping basket.  If you want to delete a product from your basket then click on the red cross on the left of your product and follow the on screen instructions.

When you have completed your shopping, go to the checkout and complete the payment form making sure to fill in the required information marked *

Please note the checkout process is a 3 step process, your order will not be sent to us if you do not fill out the entire form. A confirmation email with an order number will be sent to your email address. Please use this number in all queries that you have with us.

Payment

We are able to take the following cards as method of payment.  Please note all your card details are safe as we use Thawte Internet Technology that protects your card details using SSL Encryption.

Delivery to a Different Address

If you are unlikely to be at home to sign for your parcel but would be happy for the goods to be left without a signature or with a neighbour, please fill in the Special Instructions box on the order form.  If the delivery company does not have any instruction and is unable to obtain a signature for your parcel they will leave a card and you will have to arrange a convenient re delivery time with them. For more information go to the Delivery Charges Section on the website.

To have your delivery sent to a different address eg your place or work, click the option and fill in the new address details. If the delivery address is a place of business then please put the name of the company into the address and or instructions box in the Checkout Form.

Next Day Delivery

If you would like Next Day rather than Standard Delivery select it from the drop down box.  (See Delivery Charges.).  Some products will require a Next Day Delivery (Frozen Boilies etc) to make sure they get to you in the freshest condition as possible.
