Delivery Information
Deadline
for orders for Next Working Day Delivery is 12
o’ clock (midday). Orders placed later
than this will be despatched the following working
day. Please note, frozen items/next day
delivery cannot be sent out over a weekend or on a
Bank Holiday. This means orders placed after
Thursday 12.00 Midday will not be dispatched until
the following Monday. We are unable to offer a
Saturday Delivery Service.
Please
allow up to 14 working days for standard delivery on
items delivered by the Royal Mail (i.e. Items
up to 800g in weight) Orders placed by 12
o’clock midday will be posted the same
day. We are unable to give instructions to the
Post Office, items not delivered will be
carded.
Tackle
Orders over £100 must be signed for on
delivery. Smaller orders and bait orders
may be left in a safe place without a signature if
clear instructions are given in the Special
Instruction box on the order form. The delivery
company will leave a card for you if they are unable
to deliver the parcel to you, please then contact the
company directly to organise a delivery.
Charges
apply only to the Mainland UK. For other
destinations we will be happy to quote against your
individual order, for most destinations in Mainland
Europe costs will be approximately £24.00 for
up to 10kg. Please note that we are unable to send
perishable goods into Europe due to the time of

Our
delivery company is
Business Post, their delivery hours are between
9am and 6pm and they generally try to deliver in the
morning, however, we are unable to give a guaranteed
delivery time. If you would like an estimated
delivery time then please contact us for your
consignment number and then contact your local
Business Post Depot who will be happy to help
you. You can also track your parcel by using
your consignment number (please contact us for this
number) in the
proof of delivery box on the Business Post Home
Page.
