Delivery Information

• Delivery to Mainland UK Only (Residential or Business) and Europe Zone 1 (Belgium,France,Germany ,Netherlands, Ireland ,Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) we are also able to deliver to Europe Zone 2 (Austria, Denmark, Italy, Spain and Sweden)
• We are unable to offer delivery on a Weekend or Bank Holiday
• We do ask all deliveries to be signed for but if you do want your goods to be left safely then please indicate instructions during the checkout process. (Unfortunately we are unable to give instructions for Royal Mail Deliveries)
• All Next Day Deliveries ordered before 12 Noon Monday-Thursday will be dispatched on the same day
• Any orders placed after 12 Noon Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday
• If your order is damaged in transit or is missing items then please contact us immediately on 01793 333900
• We are happy to dispatch orders to a different address to the registered card holder so if your delivery address is different please ensure you enter this during the check out process
• Business Post will deliver during business hours Monday-Friday 9am-6pm for their website click here
• If your goods are out of stock we will contact you before dispatch and offer, 1. To wait for the goods to come back into stock or 2. Refund your credit or debit card
• We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible and will notify you by email of your delivery date. Please check your account status for a regular update on your order
• The anticipated delivery date given by the website may not be available, if this is the case we will notify you by email to confirm your delivery date.
• All of our Perishable/Frozen Products will be dispatched on a Next Day Delivery Service and you will only be offered this service if you purchase one of these products
• If your order is of high value it must be signed for on delivery and we may ask that it is delivered to the card holders address, we will confirm this with you via email
• European Deliveries will take approximately 3-4 Days and therefore we are not able to offer perishable products for delivery

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, please remember you can order with confidence as we will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with.
