The tension setting at the high end has been increased to cope with snaggy conditions of fast flowing rivers, whilst the shape/large drag knobs allows more finely tuned adjustment. This reel knocks the socks of the Fox Stratos in both looks and feel. The patented, imfamous Shimano Baitrunner system is smoother than ever, and the clutch is also brilliant. Add to the mix the new 'S' system, and the brilliant casting/line lay - as well as a choice of two smartly coloured spools (free of charge) and you have a truly top class reel - as good as any of the more expensive Big Pit reels.

I bought two this year and they are the best reels I have ever had. The look and feel is first class, the clutch is second to none along with the Baitrunner system with works like a dream. A total pleasure to use with such a smooth feel and great looks TOP CLASS. Highly recommended
