Outstanding especially when mixed with paticles for spodding
When it comes to "old school" classics that still dominate modern waters, few names carry as much weight as Hinders Tutti Frutti. While some anglers are constantly chasing the newest "super-bait," I’ve found myself going back to basics—and the results have been undeniable.
The Hinders Tutti Frutti range is fast becoming my absolute go-to bait choice, and here is why it deserves a spot in your carryall.
## The Range: More Than Just Boilies
Hinders hasn't just stuck a label on a bag; they’ve built a comprehensive system. The range is designed to work in synergy, which is likely why my catch rate has stabilized since switching over.
Shelf Life Boilies (12mm & 15mm): These are the backbone. They have that classic, bright orange visual "pop" and a deep, fruity aroma that isn't chemically or harsh.
Pop-Ups & Wafters: The buoyancy on the pop-ups is incredible—they stay up for hours. The wafters are perfect for "balancing" a rig to fool those warier carp.
Boosted Pellets: Available in various sizes, these are soaked in natural food liquids. They create a "carpet" of attraction that keeps fish grubbing in the swim for longer.
Liquid Food & Booster Sprays: This is my secret weapon. Adding a glug of the Liquid Food to a PVA bag or hitting the hookbait with the Booster Spray gives an instant signal in the water column.
### Why It’s My New "Go-To"
1. Year-Round Versatility
Most baits claim to be "all-season," but Tutti Frutti actually delivers. Because it’s ester-based, the flavor leaks out even in freezing water temperatures. I’ve had just as much luck in the dead of January as I have in the height of summer.
2. Instant Attraction
Sometimes you only have a short session and don't have time to "prime" a swim. The high-visibility orange and the intense sweetness of the Betalin & Tutti Frutti blend mean the fish find it—and eat it—fast. It’s a "confidence bait" in every sense of the word.
3. The "Betalin" Edge
Hinders is famous for Betalin, and their Tutti range is heavily infused with it. It provides an intense sweetness with zero bitter aftertaste, which seems to trigger a competitive feeding response that I haven't seen with other fruit-based baits.
## Final Verdict
If you’re tired of blanking or just want a bait that you can cast out with 100% confidence regardless of the venue or weather, the Hinders Tutti Frutti range is it. It’s reliable, high-quality, and—most importantly—it catches fish when nothing else seems to work.
Pros:
Incredible scent and "leakage" in all temperatures.
Highly visible orange color for visual attraction.
The inclusion of Betalin makes it irresistibly sweet.
Wide range of products (pellets, liquids, hookbaits) for total versatility.
Cons:
You might find yourself buying it in bulk once you see the results!
The ordering and delivery process was very efficient. The Betalin smells amazing. Hopefully it'll attract some monster carp!
This product was suggest to me and im glad it was !!!
Ive soaked this using a atomizer spraying a little water down liquid gold betalin liquid and left it a few mins to my surprise its taken on more liquid than I expected to get them to the ideal consistency for the method feeder at the same time ive soaked some micros pellets in blitz and as well as some 4mm blitz pellets to make a mix of pellets for the method feeder they moulded really well with the salmon fry crumb filling in all the smaller gaps between pellets making a very smooth method feeder ideal for short and long range fishing
They are great and will become a constant in my fishing
A top Tip would be to colour them so when mixing with other pellets or ground bait you have a stand out flec in your mix
Im looking forward to using them in the warmer months in the margin or mixed into mushy meat
They will be a big edge I my fishing
